ADVICE
We encourage you to discover and fully enjoy this Archaeological Park!
The visit to the park has an estimated duration of 2 to 4 hours.
Individual visits to the archaeological site must always follow the pre-set route along the paved paths, without leaving them.
For group visits it is necessary to make a reservation request in advance for groups of + 15 pax through here (link to reservations).
The Archaeological Park of Segóbriga offers an educational programme that includes activities with a monitor and educational visits for schools (Link to the Educational area of the Park on the website).
In the area surrounding the park you can enjoy the natural and environmental surroundings and the rich historical-artistic heritage of the region; for this purpose we provide you with the following information through an online map (link to the map we are preparing).
Enjoy this Archaeological Park to the full! All you need to do is look after the archaeological remains, the trees and plants and the street furniture and follow these simple rules:
- Do not damage archaeological remains, trees, plants and street furniture in the park.
- The visit to the archaeological site must always follow the pre-set route along the paved paths. The fencing and no trespassing signs marking the route around the archaeological remains may not be jumped over. It is also strictly forbidden to climb the walls.
- It is compulsory for groups to respect the indications of the Park's route escort service.
- The entry of balls, skates, tricycles, bicycles or other similar objects is not permitted.
- Pets are not allowed in the interpretation centre, except for guide dogs. Dogs may enter the archaeological site provided they are kept on a leash.
- It is not permitted to eat inside the archaeological site, nor is it permitted to bring in drinking containers, except for plastic water bottles. There are designated eating areas.
- Children must be accompanied at all times by their parents, who will take care of their correct behaviour, avoiding possible accidents.
- During school visits, the teacher is responsible for the correct behaviour of his/her pupils.
- Photographs may be taken for personal use but not for commercial or advertising purposes in places open to the public. Flash photography is not permitted in the exhibition hall.
- The flight of drones is prohibited inside the Park, according to current legislation.

DOGFRIENDLY RULES
- Your pet will be able to visit the outside of the Segóbriga Archaeological Park and must always wear a collar and be kept on a leash throughout the tour.
- Pets are not allowed inside the Interpretation Centre, Museum, Ticket Offices, Toilets, etc.
- Guide dogs -with the authorisation of the Park staff- will be able to visit the area of the Interpretation Centre and Museum.
- The Archaeological Park has drinking fountains. You must bring your own drinking fountain.
- Potentially dangerous breeds, according to Royal Decree 287/2002 of the BOE, must compulsorily wear a muzzle and their owners are responsible for the animal's fitness with other visitors.
- Always check if there are other pets on the premises before entering and assess how your pet may react.
- You must be responsible for the cleaning and collection of your pet's excrement and make sure that it does not relieve itself on the archaeological remains or ruins of Segóbriga.
- Any deterioration or damage that your pet may cause in the Archaeological Park of Segóbriga and the installations of the centre will be the responsibility - subject to sanction - of the owners themselves.
