GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

The present General Conditions of Purchase, contemplated prior to the contracting process, regulate the purchase of tickets through the website segobriga.org, property of the Archaeological Park of Segóbriga.

These General Conditions of Purchase must be complemented by the General Conditions of Access and Use of the Website established by the Archaeological Park of Segóbriga, as well as by any other Particular or specific contracting Conditions that may be established in each case.

The Archaeological Park of Segóbriga may, at any time and without prior notice, modify the present terms and conditions, by publishing these modifications on the website, so that Users may be aware of them before purchasing the tickets offered on-line.

Thus, the User, under his/her responsibility, must read carefully all the conditions, each time he/she intends to purchase tickets through the Website.

The User declares to be of legal age, in accordance with national law, and to have the necessary legal capacity to contract through the Website and, consequently, to be bound by these General Conditions and any Special Conditions that may be applicable. With respect to all these conditions, the User declares that he/she knows, understands and accepts them in their entirety.

Likewise, the User acknowledges and accepts that the tickets contracted through the Website will be for his/her own use or consumption, according to the regulations established by the Archaeological Park of Segóbriga for each of the established channels.

In the case of contracting tickets for third parties to the User, the use or consumption of these will be under the sole responsibility of the acquiring User. In this sense, the User expressly accepts, without exception, that access to and use of the Website and its services takes place under his/her sole and exclusive responsibility.

The user declares that the data recorded in the purchase are truthful. The lack of veracity of the same may lead to the demand for the liability that may arise in accordance with the applicable legislation.

VALIDITY

Tickets purchased will be valid until the day of the visit and until the time stated at the entrance.

LANGUAGE

The purchase process can be carried out in Spanish.

PRICES

The prices shown on the screen are those in force, unless there is a typographical error. They are fixed in Euros and are exempt from VAT according to the applicable regulations: article 20.1.1.14.º b) and c), of Law 37/1992, of 28 December.

Tickets for public visits, when purchased in advance or reserved, will be increased by the management fee established in the service contract in force.

The prices corresponding to activities with other entities refer to the part corresponding to the Archaeological Park of Segóbriga, the final price of the product being the result of adding to this price the parts corresponding to other entities in accordance with what is agreed in the agreement that establishes the specific activity.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment for tickets can only be made by credit or debit card issued by VISA or MASTERCARD.

For the User's peace of mind, it is important to note that confidentiality in the processing of their data is fully guaranteed, thanks to the encrypted transmission of information between the User's browser, the secure server of segobriga.org and the financial institutions that manage the payments.

The Archaeological Park of Segóbriga informs that the use of this electronic payment system to purchase tickets constitutes criminal conduct, punishable by imprisonment, in the case of:

- Providing false details of the purchaser or of the card number used as a means of payment

- Use the data of persons other than the buyer.

- Providing card numbers that do not match the buyer's card number.

- Usurping the status of another person's cardholder.

- Use card numbers generated with software or similar algorithms.

We remind you that under no circumstances should you provide your payment card details via email, fax or social networks.

MODIFICATION AND/OR CANCELLATION OF TICKETS

Once the purchase has been made, the only change that can be made to the purchase is the visitor's identification, which can be made up to the day before the day of the visit in the proportion fixed by the regulations* per purchase reference number.

In the case of concert tickets, in the event that the user purchases more than the limit number of tickets, the organisation reserves the right to partially cancel the tickets until the limit per person is reached. 

Any purchase of tickets is final and firm, and no cancellation of tickets is contemplated.

*Regulations

Visitor identification may be changed up to the day before the day of the visit in the following proportion per purchase locator (letter code and identifying number that appears in the ticket sales and reservations system, up to a maximum of 30 people):

  • From 5 to 9 tickets: 1 person.
  • From 10 to 19 tickets: 2 persons.
  • From 20 to 30 tickets: 3 people.

RETURN OF TICKETS

Tickets purchased are non-refundable, except in the case of force majeure with supporting documentation.

Under no circumstances will the amount of the management fee established in the ticket management and sales system be refunded.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These General Conditions of Purchase and, where applicable, the Special Conditions that may be applicable, shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall be applicable in all matters not provided for in this contract in terms of interpretation, validity and execution.
